Workshop Outline:
· The 4 Stages of Team Development: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing
· Teams are brought together to identify what makes a Dream Team achieve their goal
· Examining the Deeper Darker Side of Communication
· How to communicate and listen non-judgmentally
· What is the difference between Core Values and Beliefs?
· Building Trust in the workplace
· Managing our resilience as individuals and as teams
When you’re ready to bring your team to a fresh and re-inspired place, then you’re ready for a Team Development Day. This workshop honors and builds on the insights your team already has about strong teams. It is certain to enhance existing skills and principles, as well as offer some new ones to shift your “Good” team to become a “Great” Team.
When we improve humans, we improve performance… not only in work and vocation, but in relationships, emotional quotient, communication, personal goals, team goals, mental health, and physical well-being.
We will work in consult with you or your team leaders to identify and address some of the unique team elements that your team works amid day-to-day. Every team has a way of getting the job done, but after this training your team will develop a renewed purpose in being the strong team who goes beyond doing “the job”.
They will be strengthened as a cohesive unit that functions at the higher level every manager and supervisor want for their team.
