Angellah Brayshaw

Holds an honours degree in sociology, mediation levels 1 and 2, breath work coaching, and professional care-giving supports. Angellah is also a trained provider in Critical Incident Stress Management to both individuals and groups. (CISM) Angellah’s support of her parents’ dual diagnosis of mental health disorders led her to advocate for widespread Mental Health Training.

Her work in the past 20-plus years has led her to recognize and educate that mental health disorders from acute and long-term trauma can be navigated to prevent suicides as well as prevent mental health issues from worsening.
