Angellah also is a trained provider in Critical Incident Stress Management to both individuals and groups. (CISM)

Angellah's support of her parent's dual diagnosis of mental health disorders, lead her to advocate for widespread Mental Health Training.

Her work in the past 20 plus years has led her to recognize and educate that mental health disorders from acute and long-term trauma can be navigated to prevent suicides as well as preventing mental health issues from worsening.

James Brayshaw

James has spent the past 30 year working as a Professional Firefighter, Medic, and Educator, He has spent over a decade working in and chairing the Critical Incident Stress Management team in his First Responder Industry.

Observing the challenges many people whom have mental health needs are faced with, has affected the way James see mental health issues in the province.

James has a strong desire to see mental health issues continue to be de-stigmatized and see the public education grow on how to comfortably interact with and offer meaningful support to those who may be experience a mental health crisis.
