About Us
Our Mission
Strengthening individuals and communities in Saskatchewan, with the knowledge and confidence to communicate with care, cultivate mental well-being, and build resilient, psychologically safe environments, because when we improve humans, we improve everything.
Our Vision
For Over a Decade
For over a decade, Angellah and Jim Brayshaw, through Sask Mental Health Training & Supports, have been dedicated to illuminating the often-invisible landscape of Mental Health in Saskatchewan. Our vision is rooted in the belief that when we enhance human potential, we enhance everything.
We strive to cultivate comfort and understanding, transforming conversations around mental well-being into opportunities for growth and support. We achieve this by offering a rich tapestry of experience, from breath behavioral analysis to critical incident stress management, connecting with audiences on a deeply human level.
Focused on Improving Each Other
Our workshops and keynotes, whether focused on Psychological Health and Safety, Enhancing Emotional and Mental Wellness, Mental Health First Aid, or Building Resilience, are designed to strengthen and equip participants with practical skills and the confidence to speak thoughtfully about their own experiences and those of others, and communicate meaningfully with those experiencing wellness decline.
Committed to Leaving Lasting Impact
We are committed to providing evidence-based approaches that leave a lasting impact on the hearts and minds of those we reach. Our dedication, certified by leading mental health organizations, underscores our commitment to this enduring work.
