No One Should Go Through This Alone!

It is often not until the CRISIS point is reached that a person will obtain the support of an appropriate professional.

In many cases relationships, family, and work have been adversely impacted. This often results in the need for an intense treatment path due to the DISRUPTION experienced by the person going-it-alone with their mental health.

Had this individual received meaningful support soon after the mental health issue began to develop, many unwanted outcomes of the un-supported mental illness may have been avoided.

Early input into the life of someone developing a mental illness yields wonderful results when provided just after a person begins to become unwell, yet long before clinical intervention or therapy is accessed.

This period is known as a Sub-clinical Gap.

Research displays that a person getting the support of a Mental Health Coach has quicker recovery time, improved life fulfillment, greater job engagement, and improvement in relationships.

Mental Health Coaching

What a Mental Health Coach Does...

  • Support you.....because you deserve support:)
  • Listen openly and non-judgmentally while not providing “Counseling”.
  • Provide individual support by filling in the gap for a person who may or may not be getting the assistance of a professional counselor, therapist, or psychologist.
  • Walk along side you, figuratively and literally, to explore strategies that may lead to improved mental health.
  • To be the practical support you need to help you sort out your thoughts or be there while you sort out your closet.
  • Offer their experience and be an empathetic listener to those who are in relationship to someone with a Mental Health condition or issue.
  • Provide support and insight that will encourage a person to talk openly about their Mental Health experience with the important people in their life.
  • Thoughtfully soften the impact of a mental health condition that is often harshly felt from the world around us.
  • To work with you flexibly enough to fit into your busy life.
  • Bring informed, respectful, and non-judgmental support to you at the place you are at.
