Workshop Description

Resilient Communities and Workplaces Need Resilient People.

This half- or full-day workshop brings understanding of what resilience is, how one can better their own resilience, what parts of life cause resilience to dwindle, and how resilience can be strengthened.

Changes in society and the workplace often negatively effect resilience, and in this workshop ways to deal with the unending changes are discussed. Participants also gain tools to recognize dwindling resilience in self and others…. ultimately learning how to strengthen their own resilience.

Participants are introduced to the concept of improving resilience as a means to insulate them from mental health problems and to improve overall all health and wellness.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of their own core values and have learned how a strong identity is good for maintaining resilience.
