How safe is your workplace?- Workplace Psychological Health
Psychological and Emotional Safety in the Workplace
The workplace is not a vacuum. Our lives, emotions, and Mental Health are continually affected by the whirlwinds of issues and intensities in our workplaces.
Is your workplace psychologically safe?
No one ever regrets dignifying others in the workplace. From CEO’s to supervisors, to front-facing staff, to the labour divisions, we all can bring life-giving thoughtfulness to the workplace.
Dignity comes when we make Psychological Health & Safety a daily goal.
By caring for each other and improving human connection, we all improve our performance in Life, Relationships, Wellness, and Work.
The Why and How of Stigma
Why Stigma Exists & How to Dismantle it.
The best way to change a thing is to find out WHY it exists, then we can see HOW to dismantle it.
In this candid and thoughtful session, we find out not only why stigma develops in society and in self…but we take away a strategy on exactly HOW to dismantle it. Moving these chains a little further will have people all around us and even ourselves getting the meaningful support each of us deserves.

Sometimes we get in a rut- Do you know how to get out of one?
The Neural Rut happens because your brain’s job is not to keep you HAPPY, it’s job is to keep you ALIVE…it is constantly looking for efficiencies.
Each one of us does things that are AUTOMATED…and when it comes to growth and development, this is a Neural Rut.
In this session, we are nudged out of a Neural Rut to find strategies to shift thoughtfully away from the AUTOMATED behaviors, words, and thoughts we have…so we can experience a revitalized moment, day, week, month, or even a lifetime ahead.
How Words Can Make You Sick
How can words make us sick?
Word-Thought-Emotion-Hormones-Stress-Inflammation-Disease.
Not every word will make us sick, but there are REAL consequences, in self and others, from the words used every day. In this session, we consider the feeling of a word and the internal biochemical impact of some of the language and words we use and hear.
At times, a stress-hormone-inducing word has the power to affect our energy, our productivity, and our happiness. Let’s make the words we use a choice for good
